Cold-formed construction profiles of the C+, and Σ+ types are a new addition to the Blachy Pruszyński Company’s product line, designed for customers seeking solutions with even greater load-bearing capacity.
Cold-rolled sections are a proven and effective structural solution. In addition to standard profiles— Z, C, and Σ—we also offer “+” profiles. Thanks to the use of a wider range of raw materials, as well as a modern and advanced production line, we are able to add additional profiling to the ends of the section—the so-called “whiskers.” The C+ profile, like the Sigma+, is designed for architects and developers who require enhanced load-bearing capacity. In particular, the C+ profile—whose versatile shape is based on the C-profile, which is highly regarded by our customers—offers the same perforation options and cross-section while simultaneously increasing its load-bearing capacity compared to the base version, thanks to its distinctive “whiskers.”

Due to the manufacturing process and the limitations of the selected raw material, the dimensions of the profiles have a narrow tolerance range. Please contact our sales and/or technical department if you require more detailed information.
C+ Profiles - Tolerance
Technical details and specifications of cold-formed sections of the C+ (C Plus) type. They are made of high-quality S350 GD or S390 GD steel (upon request). They feature a specially designed profile that, thanks to specific bends, offers increased load-bearing capacity, even when using thinner material.
NOTE: Due to the characteristic "whiskers" of the C+ profile, it is made of steel with a maximum thickness of 2.5 mm, unlike the C profile, which can be made of steel up to 3.5 mm thick.

“C” and “C+” profiles enable quick and easy construction of industrial or commercial buildings. They are primarily assembled using screws. For this purpose, the profiles feature three types of holes (Table 1):

Depending on the type of profile used, the spacing of the technical and installation holes varies. These values are listed in the table above.
The figure shows the options for longitudinal drilling.
Drilling is possible in all planes of the section.
