This is a nationwide program of the “Business Zone” magazine, which aims to disseminate and promote the right patterns of personnel policy activities. The essential part of the Tan program selecting the best employers in individual regions of Poland, characterized by special attention to working conditions and employee development, i.e.: • observing labor law, • the possibility of improving employees’ qualifications, • dynamics of staff development, • reputation of the business entity, • employment dynamics, • motivational system, • activities for the local community.
The award awarded for the highest quality of products and services, pro-environmental achievements and maintaining the highest safety standards. “The highest quality guarantee of success” is the first edition of the gala organized by the European Quality and Promotion Center. EcejeP has been operating since 1998 and a unit that deals with the implementation of prestigious quality certificates.

The awards reflect the degree of competitiveness of companies in a given year determined on the basis of surveys conducted among executive companies. The study was conducted in April 2010 on a sample of separate building materials for each of the 20 assortment groups. In total, the research attempt of the construction brand of 2009 was 1993 executive companies.
The undertaking, organized by the Office of the European Integration Committee, Business Center Club and the European Economic and Social Committee, aims to distinguish and promote products and services presenting quality at European level.

The list of winners has been published for the fourth time in the prestigious Economic Months of Forbes. The list, however, was traditionally developed on the basis of the Swiss method of valuation of companies.
