Wool wall plus – sandwich panels – mineral wool – second generation – hidden fastening

The second generation of PWS2-MW discs, in addition to the prominent improvement of the parameters of the product itself, also significantly used the portfolio of product variants. In addition to the classic sandwich panel with a core of mineral wool: PWS2-MW-ST, a variant with a hidden castle appeared: PWS2-MW-PL and also analogously as before, acoustic or eco. Along with a clear improvement in technical parameters, we have introduced structural changes that unified the mounting method and dimensions of the panels with a woolen core relative to PIR plates. Thanks to this, both architects and investors have full freedom in the building configuration – depending on the needs. This definitely simplified both assembly and design – both types of plates (wool core and polyurethane core) are compatible, so they can be combined as part of the radiation, depending on the requirements of a given section of the building.

Variant with a hidden castle: PWS2-MW-PL In addition to all the new generation advantages, it also offers the possibility of mounting without visible locks (so-called hidden lock)

• Wall panels with a hidden lock have 1000 mm coverage width allow for a simple and quick installation to various types of structures using appropriate through fasteners. Properly designed and profiled pen locks, ensure very good tightness and refractory.
• “Pruszyński” layered plates are produced in accordance with the latest technology. The modern and fully automated production line as well as properly qualified staff allows you to fully meet all customer expectations as to the quality and the highest standards of the products offered.
• Layered boards with a second-generation core of the second generation PWS2-MW and PWD2-MW consist of two steel sheet cladding and a structural and insulation core. The external cladding of the plates is made of steel sheets with thicknesses from 0.5 to 0.7 mm are covered with metallic and organic coatings.
• PWS2-MW plates core is a mineral wool with a density of 120 kg/m3,

The cladding with the core is connected in the production cycle with two -component polyurethane glue.
