STANDARD FLASHINGS

Precise and careful installation of flashings is essential because they prevent water leakage, protect the building from wind and snow, and contribute to its aesthetic appearance. Above all, well-executed sheet metal flashings should fulfill their intended functions. They often have a significant impact on the building’s durability, while the exterior appearance is a secondary consideration.

Our machines allow us to bend sheet metal at various angles, and thanks to modern software and digital controls, we are able to ensure complete repeatability of parts.

As a result, we offer you a wide range of services so that we can manufacture and deliver a finished product that meets your requirements, whether it is a simple blank or a complex design.

We provide flashing services using our own sheet metal or sheet metal provided by the customer in the following areas:

• galvanized steel sheets coated with organic coatings, 0.50–1.50 mm thick
• galvanized steel sheets, 0.50–3.00 mm thick
• aluzinc-coated steel sheets, 0.50–0.70 mm thick
• The maximum thickness of the parts to be bent is 6 mm
• The maximum length of the parts produced is 7 meters.

Sheet metal punching is performed on CNC punching machines, which are characterized by

• high stroke rate
• quick tool change
• high-quality workmanship
• a large work area measuring 3,000 x 1,650 mm
• The punching force is 180 kN

To determine whether a particular machining job is feasible, simply send us a technical scheme or a dimensioned sketch of the part. If necessary, we will produce the appropriate number of test pieces to ensure that the quality of the final result meets the customer’s approval.
