Cold-rolled sections are a proven and efficient structural solution. Our core product range in this area includes Z, C, Σ, and U-sections (purlins). Additionally, with the launch of our new production line, we have expanded our portfolio to include C+ and Σ+ profiles.
The U-type cold-formed section is aimed at customers seeking a more cost-effective solution where the structural requirements of the investment project are less demanding. In particular, the U-section is more economical in terms of material consumption due to the narrower steel strip used in its production. While it offers slightly lower load-bearing capacities, it remains an excellent choice for structures where the loads are not as high.

Technical details and parameters of U-type cold-formed sections. U-purlins are a new addition to our product range. They are manufactured from high-quality S350 GD or S390 GD steel (available upon request). Due to the use of a narrower steel strip, these profiles significantly improve the cost-effectiveness of the investment. Much like our other sections, they offer extensive hole-punching options – details are provided below.
