Cold-formed construction profiles of the C+, and Σ+ types are a new addition to the Blachy Pruszyński Company’s product line, designed for customers seeking solutions with even greater load-bearing capacity.
Cold-rolled sections are a proven and effective design solution. In addition to standard Z , C, and Σ profiles, we also offer “+” profiles. Thanks to a wider material input and a modern and advanced production line, we are able to introduce additional profiling at the ends of the profile – the so-called “whiskers.” The Sigma+ profile , like the C + profile, is aimed at architects and investors who require increased load-bearing capacity. In particular, the Sigma+ profile, proven and well-known to our customers, offers the same perforation options and a unique “shelf,” while further increasing the profile’s load-bearing capacity compared to the base version.

Due to the manufacturing process and the limitations of the selected raw material, the dimensions of the profiles have a narrow tolerance range. Please contact our sales and/or technical department if you require more detailed information.
Σ+ Profiles - Tolerance
Technical details and specifications of Σ+ (Sigma Plus) cold-formed sections. They are made of high-quality S350 GD or S390 GD steel (upon request). They feature a specially designed profile that, thanks to specific bends, offers enhanced load-bearing capacity, even when using thinner base material.
NOTE: Due to the distinctive “whiskers” of the Σ+ profile, it is manufactured from steel with a maximum thickness of 2.5 mm, unlike the Σ profile, which can be made from steel up to 3.5 mm thick.

The Sigma profile is one of the most commonly used cold-formed profiles in construction. In industrial building structures, it is used as wall studs and roof purlins; it can also be used as a column structure by forming composite profiles.
