The Barbórka rally is the last race in the rally calendar and one of the most anticipated and exciting for fans. This year it was already the 59th edition of this event and the cream of Polish players appeared on it, and among it, of course, our team. In this case, exceptionally, Zbyszek Cieślara was replaced by Adam Jędraszek, due to the rehabilitation of Zbyszek after spinal surgery. Our rally players took a very good 7m position after a very smooth and spectacular Hyundai I20 R5. The competition was enormous, because a good position on this penalty is also prestigious. This year Kajetan Kajetanowicz triumphed in Skoda Fabia Rally2 Evo.
The TVN Turbo Rally Team team had a very difficult situation. Łukasz Byśkiniewicz, to relieve the mass of the vehicle, decided to give up the spare wheel. Unfortunately, bad luck caught up on the access road between Grójec and Warsaw, where they caught the slipper. To be able to get to Warsaw, they decided to reach for additional wheels from outside the reported pool. Although rallyists were aware that this means exclusion from the results – all attempts arrived to the end, including the final criterion of the aces on Karowa. This is called a fighting spirit! Among other things, we keep our fingers crossed for our team, which not only rides phenomenally, but also never forgives and does not lose enthusiasm!
