The largest training series in 2026 for sales representatives in the Blachy Pruszyński Company sales network

The Sokołów Training Center hosted this year’s largest training series for sales representatives from the Blachy Pruszyński Company sales network, organized in collaboration with the Academy of Crafts. Over the course of several days, nearly a thousand participants from all over Poland took part in the event. The scale of the project, the logistics, and the intensity of the program all confirm one thing: developing the competencies of the distribution network is a strategic priority for the company.

The training program was designed based on the real-world challenges of a salesperson’s daily work in the roofing industry. Participants worked through examples from construction sites and real-life sales situations. Topics covered included roofing systems, standing seam panels, metal roof tiles, typical flashings, ventilation, acoustics, and the physics of roofing—always in the context of practical application and sales arguments.

A key element was translating technical knowledge into specific sales decisions. The analysis focused on how the right choice of system affects the longevity of the investment, reduces complaints, and increases the average order value. The presentation demonstrated how technical parameters provide tangible support in discussions with investors or contractors—not merely as theory, but as a tool for building a competitive advantage.

At the same time, procedural issues were discussed: the online ordering system, inventory management, work organization, and improving customer service. These are areas that directly impact operational efficiency, shorten order fulfillment times, and reduce errors as early as the quoting stage. The training sessions took the form of workshops—participants analyzed specific scenarios and solutions that could be implemented immediately upon returning to their branches.

A highlight of the program was the opportunity to tour the company’s facilities and speak with experts and industry professionals. The training sessions were led by experienced roofers and trainers affiliated with the Academy of Crafts—people who know the products from the perspective of real-world installation conditions. Their expertise allows them to bridge the worlds of construction and sales and effectively answer customers’ questions.

At the end of the series, a wrap-up session was held, followed by the presentation of certificates confirming participation in the training sessions. On the final day, students from vocational schools and media representatives were also invited to tour the training facilities and learn about the company’s work standards.

A completed project is not a one-time event, but rather part of a long-term development strategy. In the roofing industry, the technical expertise of sales representatives directly impacts the security of investments, the quality of project execution, and the stability of partnerships with business partners. Therefore, investing in knowledge and processes remains one of the cornerstones of continued, profitable growth.
