The Academy of Crafts is our flagship series of hands-on training programs. It consists of two-day courses and focuses on maximum hands-on experience and thorough education. Small training groups, a personalized approach from master roofers (Wilman, Falkowski, Gieros, Szwarc, and many others), and a full range of roofing equipment—these are the hallmarks of the quality of our training. The Blachy Pruszyński Company Sheet Metal Crafts Academy training programs are held at our Training Center in Sokołów and are fee-based.

Newly Opened Training Center. It is located in the newest facility in Sokołów. It is 12 meters tall, opened in 2023, and built entirely using the latest construction technologies.
A massive training and hands-on facility. Numerous models, hands-on stations, displays, product workshops, and a warehouse for roofing tools and equipment. Connected to the existing training spaces in Sokołów via a glass-enclosed passageway, it creates a large space dedicated exclusively to training. We conduct all types of courses here—practical, theoretical, “soft skills,” sales, and training in roofing software. It has been more than 5 years since we introduced a new standard in training for roofers and others.
In 2019, the Mobile Training Center (MCS)—a tractor-trailer integrated with a special fold-out, modular semi-trailer—hit the road. It is equipped with specially designed display areas, TV screens, and a VIP room. The interior is air-conditioned and heated,
so you can escape the heat in the summer and the cold in the winter. You can chat with experts over coffee while you’re there.
Most importantly, however, it is fully equipped to showcase products and new market offerings, and our experts are on hand to assist visitors. Furthermore, upon request, we conduct training sessions at our clients’ retail locations during various roofing industry events and other gatherings aimed at professionals. Just be sure to
