On March 12–13, the Academy of Crafts hosted a training session on roof panel assembly using standing seams. Roofers from Poland and Lithuania participated in the workshop, spending two days gaining practical knowledge and refining their assembly techniques. Nearly 200 decares gathered in Sokołów for the launch of the Craft Academy’s nationwide tour. Three training modules, practical solutions, technical details, and a tour of the production facility—this marks the beginning of a series of meetings that combine technical knowledge with the realities of work on a construction site. Now the Academy is setting out across Poland.

The final day of the training series for sales representatives at the Blachy Pruszyński Company was dedicated to young aspiring roofers. Students from vocational schools visited the production facility and laboratory, learned about the practical aspects of the trade, and heard stories from experienced roofers. The meeting with Mariusz Pudzianowski served as a powerful motivational boost. These are concrete CSR initiatives and an investment in the future of the roofing market.

Nearly a thousand participants from all over Poland, over a dozen hours of hands-on workshops, and knowledge that can be immediately applied to sales. This year’s largest training series for the Blachy Pruszyński Company sales network—intensive, technical, and highly practical—has come to a close in Sokołów.
