Roof sales

Monday – 24.06.2019

During the training we will discuss:

• coatings – detailed market overview (durability and guarantees)
• panel and cut-to-size metal roof tiles and snap seam (what type, where to recommend)
• roof construction (discussion of the most important topics)
• gutters (pricing, selection of systems and accessories)
• on the rafter insulation system, with PIR boards in soft linings

The purpose of the training is to prepare the seller for a conversation with the client on technical topics regarding products for single -family houses.

Industrial, agricultural and investment products

Tuesday   –   June 25, 2019

During the training we will discuss:

• Layered plates with polyurethane pir, polystyrene, mineral wool
• PIR plates in soft cladding for agriculture
• roof, facade, construction trapezoids
• purlins with and C, facades made of coffers and wall panels
• Hall construction (discussion of the most important topics, which are the subject of conversations with clients)

Optimization and valuation of roofs, and program support for optimization.

Wednesday – 26.06.2019

During the training we will discuss:

• Optimization rules adapted to the assemblyist and his requirements
• ISOD optimization program support
• Rules for the selection of accessories and accessories and the rules for valuing them

Sales techniques

Thursday -27.06.2019

• How to sell, earn and have satisfied customers?
• Valuation competitions – how to convince the customer to offer with a higher price!
• How to convince the customer to better solutions and products?
• Understanding the burnout process and routine and simple motivational tools.
• Internet – handling of inquiries sent to e-mail boxes and auctions on the Internet.

Note – training in sales techniques is dedicated to active distributors.
