VENTILATION FLASHINGS play an extremely important role in ensuring the long-term and trouble-free use of the roof. They are responsible for the correct ventilation of the roof slope, i.e., the free flow of air under the covering, thanks to which the covering naturally gets rid of moisture that accumulates on the inner side of the covering and, as a result of the condensation phenomenon, turns into water and moisture. In the long term, this moisture causes irreversible damage both to the roof framing and can also cause damage to the covering itself.
The ventilation eaves batten is a dedicated ventilation flashing (supporting proper air circulation under the slope). The perforated “front” of the batten has small holes that ensure optimal roof ventilation while preventing birds and small rodents from getting under the covering. The batten can be used under any roof tile from Blachy Pruszyński. The surface of the batten is covered with a protective coating in the most popular colours , the same as all roof coverings available in the offer, ensuring the colour consistency of the roof.
Ventilation eaves battens on the eaves are an obligatory element when installing panel roof tiles , as they ensure proper air flow under the roof covering and prevent excessive water condensation. Moreover, they significantly facilitate the assembly of modular roof tiles.
