Mobile Crafts Academy – Summary of the Training Tour for Roofers

Mobilna Akademia Rzemiosła w trasie 2026

The Mobile Academy of Crafts concluded its tour of Poland with remarkable results: eight stops, nearly 1,000 decares, and one clear message. The industry needs practical, hands-on meetings, not theoretical ones.

The tour began on February 24 in Sokołów, where attendance exceeded 200 participants. The very first stop set the tone for the entire project: large scale, high-quality content, and genuine engagement from the roofers.

The subsequent cities—Wrocław, Kraków, Bydgoszcz, Iława, Gdańsk, Lublin, and the final stop, Rzeszów—maintained a steady level of attendance. On average, each event drew more than 110 professionals. In total, nearly 1,000 roofers from all over Poland participated in the events—an impressive number that confirms the growing demand for reliable, practical knowledge in the industry.

The Mobile Academy’s greatest strength was its practical nature. Each session took place without unnecessary theorizing, but with an emphasis on solutions that actually work on roofs. The topics covered included key industry challenges: proper ventilation, assembly techniques, construction details, and systems that affect the durability and quality of roof coverings. This was knowledge from the world of construction sites, not from textbooks.

A key element of each session was the role played by the trainers from the Mobile Academy of Crafts. They guided participants through topics based on their own practical experience. They demonstrated proven solutions, highlighted key details of execution, and discussed real-world mistakes that occur on construction sites. This approach to training proved invaluable—participants received concrete, tried-and-true guidance rather than merely theoretical advice.

The Mobile Academy also served an important role in fostering integration. In various parts of Poland, it created a space for professionals—who work under different conditions on a daily basis but face similar challenges—to meet. Face-to-face conversations and the opportunity to compare experiences are elements that no online presentation can replace. This exchange of knowledge among practitioners from across the country has real value for the entire industry.

The culmination of the tour in Rzeszów served as a natural conclusion to the entire series—an intensive, substantive, and development-oriented one. The high turnout at every stage and the participants’ engagement demonstrate that the Mobile Academy is on the right track. The conclusion of this edition does not mean the end of our activities. Rather, it confirms that initiatives of this kind are necessary and have a real impact on the entire roofing industry. Practical knowledge, experience, and an open exchange of information—these are the foundations upon which the roofing industry can continue to grow.
