PIRTECH wall panels Plus wall (hidden mounting) with a maximum modular width of 1050 mm allow for simple and quick installation to various types of structures using appropriate through fasteners. The uniquely designed longitudinal contacts (locks) of the pen and wpust ensure very good tightness, fire resistance and quick assembly.
The facade made of this type of slabs gives the impression of a smooth surface (no visible connectors), thanks to which they are often used not only in industrial facilities.
The core of PIRTECH layered panels is a stiff PIR polyurethane foam with a volumetric density of 40.0 kg/m3 ± 3 kg/m3. The production process is implemented by a continuous method on a fully automated line provided by one of the leaders of this industry, Hennecke (Germany). Pentan is used as a foaming factor. Therefore, the production process is environmentally friendly, i.e. a non -destructive ozone layer and does not cause a greenhouse effect. In addition, the components of polyurethane foam are: polyol – polyurethane resin, isocyanate – hardener, activators and additives.
Steel sheets protected with a layer of zinc covered with one of the organic coatings or aluminum -zinc coating are used for plate cladding. In addition, cladding made of stainless steel sheet are offered.
The basic thickness of external and internal cladding is 0.50 mm. The thickness of sheets in the thickness range from 0.40 mm – 0.70 mm are also available.
PIRTECH wall sandwich panels are used for external wall cladding as facades, and for internal applications as partition walls, as well as dividers, floor, and ceiling panels. PLUS wall sandwich panels are primarily used in industrial facilities where high thermal insulation and fire resistance parameters are expected, and for construction projects where an aesthetic facade appearance is a key requirement. PIRTECH wall sandwich panels are modern panels with hidden fixing, utilizing a unique “triple” tongue-and-groove joint geometry. The panels have a core thickness ranging from 60 mm to 120 mm and an effective width of 1050 mm. The standard thickness for external and internal cladding is 0.50 mm, though sheet thicknesses ranging from 0.40 mm to 0.70 mm are also available.

A very important advantage of PIRTECH PLUS panels is their full compatibility with our PWS2-MW panels (2nd generation mineral wool panels), which allows for easy connections and transitions between both types of panels.
These types of panels allow for quick and easy assembly to various types of structures using appropriate through-fasteners. When performing the assembly of PWS-PIR-PL panels, it is worth keeping a few important tips in mind:
– assembly to a steel substrate thicker than 14 mm – special self-tapping fasteners with a specifically shaped thread profile are recommended.,
– assembly to a concrete substrate – special fasteners with an expansion element or self-tapping fasteners with a specially shaped thread profile are recommended.
PLUS wall sandwich panels in our offer have an effective width of 1050 mm. Regarding length, it is not recommended to use panels shorter than 2 m, while the selection of the maximum panel length is a very important matter. When designing the maximum length of PWS-PIR-PL panels, the color of organic coatings (according to the PN-EN 14509 classification) and the core thickness must be taken into account; for example, for dark colors, a length greater than 9 m is not recommended, and for very light colors, 13.5 m for a core thickness of 60 mm
