After the summer break, training sessions are resuming at the Training Center

After the summer break, training sessions for roofers are resuming at the Training Center. The fall portion of the program consists of a series of two-day sessions during which contractors can expand their technical knowledge and, above all, practice the various stages of the work using materials typically used on roofs.

The training courses organized as part of the Craft Academy are designed for roofers and sheet metal workers. The two-day format allows participants to focus on specific issues related to the assembly of roof coverings, as well as on solutions and details that are important when working on a construction site. Another important aspect of the training is the opportunity to speak directly with the instructors and exchange experiences with other contractors.

The Training Center in Sokołów was created specifically with practical learning in mind. Properly equipped workstations allow participants to independently perform each stage of assembly and test different solutions. This makes it easier to pay attention to details that, when working on a roof, can affect the quality and proper execution of the entire roofing project. Another important part of the training is direct interaction with the instructors and the opportunity to ask questions about specific technical issues.

In the coming weeks, participants will have the opportunity to attend training sessions on, among other topics, interlocking standing-seam panels and panel roof tiles. Depending on the topic, the sessions will cover the principles of preparing and performing roofing assembly, carrying out specific work stages, and solutions that help minimize the risk of installation errors. The two-day training format allows for sufficient time to be devoted to both the theoretical component and practical exercises.

The certificate from the Polish Roofers Association serves as additional proof of participation in selected training courses. Our partnership with the PSD also allows us to exchange experiences and tailor the course content even better to the needs of those working in the roofing industry on a daily basis.

The Academy of Crafts operates not only at the Training Center in Sokołów. Another key component of the program is the Mobile Training Center, which reaches contractors in various regions of Poland. This mobile training format complements in-person classes and allows for practical education to be conducted closer to local markets and contracting firms.

For Blachy Pruszyński Company, training sessions are an important part of our collaboration with contractors. They provide an opportunity for roofers to learn more about our products, solutions, and proper assembly procedures, as well as to discuss how to apply this knowledge in their daily work. Direct contact with contractors, in turn, allows us to better understand their experiences and opinions, which are an important source of insight into the industry’s needs.

The fall training series is another opportunity to meet, gain practical knowledge, and exchange experiences with other contractors.
