As a production material, we use coated sheets from 1 mm to 1.5 mm thick or 1.2 mm thick aluminum sheet. Simplicity and precision of installation are facilitated by our specially designed support structure, using OMEGA profiles made of steel sheet no thinner than the sheet metal from which the cassette is made of. The 30/30/90/30/30 mm MAIN OMEGA profile (constituting the vertical joint) installed at the cassette joint is a visible element, typically powder-coated. The 30/30/50/30/30 mm INTERMEDIATE OMEGA profile is a hidden element made of unpainted steel sheet.
The starting strips offered to our clients are available with or without a drip edge. This element provides ideal support and stabilization for the cassettes, significantly strengthening the system. It’s important to remember that the use of uniform components is essential for the proper functioning of the façade and its intended function. Therefore, we recommend the use of flashings and closures that protect the building from weather conditions, especially rain. The corners, which are standard components of the Pruszyński system, are sized to match the selected cassette type and façade geometry.

The sheet metal thickness for both models ranges from 1.20 to 1.50 mm for steel and 2.00 to 3.00 mm for aluminum. The products are offered with two protective coatings: polyester and Prisma. Furthermore, our customers can order any RAL color obtained using powder coating technology, allowing for flexible visual effects.
The panels are designed for horizontal and vertical installation (after consultation with the Technical Department). The system provides hidden joints for all panel types. Horizontal/vertical joints can be of any width and depend solely on the design concept. Recommended dimensions for vertical/horizontal joints should be no less than 10 mm wide.
