Cold-formed construction profiles type C+ and Σ+ are a new proposal in the Blachy Pruszyński offer, for customers looking for solutions with even higher load-bearing capacity.
Cold-rolled profiles are a proven and efficient construction solution. In our offer, alongside standard profiles – Z, C, and Σ – we also provide “+” profiles. Thanks to the use of wider input material and a modern, advanced production line, we are able to introduce additional profiling at the ends of the profile – so-called flanges. The C+ profile, like Sigma+, is aimed at architects and investors who require increased permissible load-bearing parameters. In particular, the C+ profile, whose universal shape is based on the C-profile valued by our customers, offers the same perforation options and cross-section while further increasing its load-bearing capacity compared to the base version, thanks to the characteristic “flanges”.

Technical details and parameters of cold-formed profiles type: C+(C Plus). They are made of high-quality S350 GD or S390 GD steel (on request). They have a specially developed profile which, thanks to appropriate bends, offers increased permissible load-bearing parameters, even when using a smaller thickness of the input material.
NOTE Due to the characteristic "flanges" of the C+ profile, it is manufactured from steel with a maximum thickness of 2.5 mm, in contrast to the C-profile, which can be based on steel with a thickness of up to 3.5 mm.

Profile type “C” and “C+” enable fast and easy construction of industrial or service halls. They are mainly connected using bolts. For this purpose, three types of holes are provided in the profiles (Table 1):

Depending on the type of profile used, different spacing values for technical and assembly holes are available. Their values are shown in the table above.

Hole punching is possible on all planes of the section.
