Social responsibility of the Pruszyńscy Foundation

Our company, and especially the president – Krzysztof Pruszyński, was aware of the importance of social responsibility of business. This, of course, also applies to local initiatives and support of the place where the branches and branches of our company operate. For years, we have been supporting the Pruszków commune and its authorities in efforts to improve the situation, this part of the Pruszków community that needs this help the most.

An example of this is the recently completed Special School and Education Center in Pruszków. He is the culmination of an agreement, which Krzysztof Pruszyński with the staroste of Pruszków, his namesake, Mrs. Krzysztof Rymuza, was concluded last year. Under it, the Pruszyński Foundation declared to cover 50% of the costs of the entire center complex. Considering the overall cost of the investment, which lasted almost two years – this translates into about PLN 20 million, with which the Pruszyński Foundation supported the entire investment.

The conversations with the Pruszyński Foundation and the preparations for the project began in 2020 and, which is worth emphasizing, they were not interrupted or slowed down through the pandemic period. Both our foundation and the Pruszków authorities fully understood the burning need to create such a center, regardless of the current pandemic situation, which they finally had to normalize, which also took place. Thanks to this, the most needy in Pruszków, as well as the educational staff, have a very modern facility at their disposal, adapted to their needs.

This center is intended for children and young people with various types of disabilities, where they can receive appropriate support, education and rehabilitation. Its creation is of great importance for people with disabilities and their families. It supports the development of skills, activity and independence among children and adolescents who require special support due to their disease. Thanks to the work of qualified educators and therapists, currently with the right infrastructure, young people learn to cope in everyday life and develop their talents and interests.
This center is also a place where children and adolescents with disabilities can feel accepted and integrated with peers. Thanks to this, self -esteem develops in them and their motivation to learn and act increases.
Financial assistance on the part of the Pruszyński Foundation and Krzysztof Pruszyński is not only an expression of support for children and youth with disabilities, but also proof that private companies and individuals can and should work for local communities and support pro -social activities. And this in turn is an authentic reason to be proud of work in such a responsible organization.
