The scope of works carried out depends, among others From our skills and time that we can devote to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even if we are not specialists in the field of construction, we can do some works ourselves. Before we join them, it is worth preparing well. Instructions for building materials manufacturers or the tips of other investors who are willing to share the acquired knowledge come to our aid. Nevertheless, the right equipment is important &#8211; when we do not have the right one, we can always rent it, because the one -time purchase of specialized tools is often unprofitable. However, we can become a bricklayer assistant and perform construction works under his supervision. Importantly, not to make difficult to fix errors, the bricklayer should pull out the corners. If the walls have been eagerly moored, we can insulate them ourselves. Sticking the polystyrene, blending the mesh and pouring with plaster is not complicated. However, if we do not have practice, then the application of thin -layer plaster is better entrusted to professionals. Just like laying roof tiles or metal roof tiles &#8211; later fixing of errors is quite expensive. However, we can arrange bituminous shingles ourselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Whether independent construction of a house pays off<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Investors who want to save on labor decide to build a house independently. However, it is difficult to clearly determine what row these savings will be, because it all depends on the scope of self -conducted works. Although it is estimated that with high commitment you can reduce the cost of building a house by up to 20%. Unfortunately, building a house with an economic system is quite long -lasting &#8211; and the longer we build a house, the higher the investment costs. In addition, when deciding on the economic system, we usually spend every free moment at the construction site. And although putting the house to great satisfaction yourself, not everyone is able to spend every weekend and vacation at the construction site.
