An incorrectly executed eaves detail can lead to moisture in the thermal insulation, degradation of the wooden structure, and limited effectiveness of the roof slope ventilation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-heading-32\">Under-gutter flashing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UNDER-GUTTER<\/strong> flashing is a roofing element responsible for protecting the slope and the facade against water seepage. It particularly protects the fascia board to which it is mounted, as well as the building wall, from the effects of rain, especially during heavy rainfall.
