The management board of the company “Pruszy\u0144ski” limited liability company based in Warsaw (address: al. Jerozolimskie 214, 02-486 Warsaw), entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, kept by the District Court for the Capital City The economic of the National Court Register, under the number of KRS 0000054020, announces by providing public, in accordance with art. 500 \u00a7 2 (1) of the Code of Commercial Companies that on November 30, 2018, a plan to merge the companies was agreed and signed.
