Today’s sales professional is no longer just a salesperson. Increasingly, they serve as an advisor, expert, and business partner who helps customers make the right decision. In the roofing industry, where investors and contractors expect professional support and reliable technical knowledge, proper training of sales teams is particularly important.
Training sessions for sales representatives are held at the Training Center in Sokołów. The program combines the development of sales skills with the expansion of product knowledge, which is essential for day-to-day work with customers, business partners, and roofers.
The training program covers both sales techniques and practical knowledge about products and roofing solutions. Participants gain the skills needed to conduct sales conversations more effectively, identify customer needs, build lasting business relationships, and present their offerings in a way that meets customers’ expectations.
One of the most important aspects of training is developing product knowledge. It is this knowledge that enables a sales representative to become a trusted partner for the customer. Knowledge of roofing systems, roof coverings, flashings, gutter systems, and roof accessories enables them not only to present the product lineup but, above all, to help customers choose the best solution.
A well-trained sales representative is able to take a comprehensive view of an investment. They can advise the investor, support the contractor, and propose a complete roofing solution tailored to specific needs. As a result, the customer receives not just a single product, but a cohesive system that guarantees the safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal of the entire roof.
The training sessions are led by Tomasz Kalko—an experienced sales trainer who has been helping people develop their sales skills for years. During the sessions, participants work through practical examples and real-life sales situations, allowing them to apply what they’ve learned in their daily work almost immediately after the training ends.
There is a strong emphasis on practical exercises, case studies, and developing communication skills. Participants learn how to effectively conduct business negotiations, present sales arguments, highlight benefits, and build long-term relationships with customers.
Investing in sales training brings tangible benefits to both employees and the entire organization. Better subject-matter expertise, greater confidence when speaking with customers, and the ability to provide professional advice translate into higher sales effectiveness and the development of a competitive advantage in the market.
That is precisely why the training programs offered at the Training Center in Sokołów are an important part of sales team development. It is a combination of knowledge, experience, and hands-on practice that enables sales representatives to effectively respond to market needs and provide customers with solutions tailored to their expectations.
